Property Claims Processor
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on claims process
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
- Review and process insurance claims in a timely manner to ensure quick and accurate processing
- Complete outbound customer contact and follow-up to secure necessary file information and bring existing claims to resolution
- Maintain claims records, including claim history, related correspondence, and claim documents
- Triaging and assigning claims to the appropriate resources based on damage level review
- May investigate prior losses and other information on file and order reports as needed.
