As a Service Delivery Coordinator I ran reports, processed new work order requests from customers, ordered parts, checked technicians in and out of sites, and ensured our customers were satisfied with the quality of the work done onsite. In this position I was able to implement my ideas for improvement within our team which led tp increased efficiency. I worked with multiple service accounts simultaneously and was able to develop strong relationships with my team and our customers, resulting in a better work environment and improved service satisfaction levels.
As a Project Coordinator I handled many administrative tasks to ensure our projects stayed on schedule. This included ordering parts, organizing spreadsheets, data entry from different projects, pre-calling stores and technicians, and checking techs in and out. I worked alongside Project Managers to supervise multiple projects from start to delivery ensuring they were on schedule and met our customers needs.
