I participated in ongoing professional development workshops to stay abreast of best practices in teaching methodologies and emerging trends in education. Additionally, I supported student learning needs by offering individualized guidance to facilitate academic goal-achievement. Furthermore, I was responsible for planning, administering, and controlling budgets, as well as producing financial reports to ensure effective financial management.

In my previous role, I answered incoming calls, meticulously recorded messages, and efficiently directed calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring seamless communication flow within the organization. Additionally, I actively promoted community resources through various channels, including printed marketing material, engaging email newsletters, and impactful social media campaigns, fostering greater awareness and utilization of available resources within the community.

I served as a mentor for a program aimed at preparing incoming multicultural, first-generation students for the academic challenges of university life. This initiative offers students the chance to acquaint themselves with the K-State campus and its services while also providing valuable experiences such as industry tours and networking opportunities with professionals and faculty. These activities are instrumental in helping students build lasting relationships and establish a strong foundation for their academic journey.

In my role, I effectively communicated with vendors to ascertain product availability, pricing, delivery dates, and other pertinent details crucial for operations. Additionally, I utilized my expertise to create impactful visual merchandising strategies aimed at captivating customers and bolstering sales.
