  • On the weekends I would work from 7am-11am, I would prep a specific number of each panini depending on what day it was
  • While working at panera it was vital to learn everything on the menu as a line cook, as it would be at any other restaurant
  • Fortunately, the location I was hired at was one of the busiest stores in the area, which pushed me to master skills on the salad and sandwich line quickly
  • I was also taught how to close the lines and take all of the restocked food back to the freezer
  • Not only did I receive an award but I was given a raise as well, after only a few months of being a Panera employee
