Years of Leadership & Service

I’m a strategist, creative thinker, and MSOD professional who is endlessly curious about people, systems, and why things work the way they do. I’m an INFJ-A and an AuDHD thinker—reflective, intuitive, highly observant, and naturally inclined to connect dots that may not seem connected at first. I tend to ask “why,” “what if,” and “how could we do this differently?”
Professionally, I work at the intersection of people, programs, policy, and organizations. My experience spans program leadership, organizational improvement, adult learning, applied research, stakeholder engagement, crisis response, policy advocacy, and consulting across the U.S. and around the globe.
I do my best work when I have the freedom to explore an idea, dig deeply into a problem, challenge assumptions, and turn what I discover into something useful. Give me the destination and enough room to think creatively about how we get there. I value collaboration, but I believe the strongest teams make room for different perspectives rather than competing to be the loudest voice in the room.
Purpose matters to me. Whether I’m working with a team, facilitating a conversation, researching a complex issue, advocating for a community, or designing something that has never existed before, I’m energized by work that has the potential to make something better.
I recently completed my Master of Science in Organization Development at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, and I’m continuing to explore where strategy, innovation, organizational change, policy, and human-centered problem-solving can take me next.
