I was selected for Wawa’s Manager-in-Training (MTT) program because of my strong leadership skills, dependability, and ability to stay focused during busy and stressful shifts.I’ve consistently received great feedback from both customers and coworkers for my positive attitude, fast service, and problem-solving skills. I’ve successfully balanced two jobs at once (Wawa and Ford’s Garage) while still showing up on time, staying committed, and giving 100% at work. I’ve helped train and guide new team members, becoming someone my coworkers and managers could rely on when things got hectic. I quickly adapt to new roles and challenges from customer service to leadership training, to hosting and take-out orders I always figure things out fast and take initiative. After losing my mom, I pushed through one of the hardest moments in my life and kept working toward my goals. That taught me how strong and focused I really am.
