Accomplishments

    Supervised team of 42 staff members. For 2 months while management was under staffed . By starting up with labor staffing by preparing the team before they came in. Started to look further into pick ticket by managing inventory to help canceling out of stock orders. As well finding new locations that I was unaware of to help track orders in order for them to make on time shipment and the customer would get the on time delivery aspect as well. Labor tracking each and one of the associates making sure they were coded into the correct down time due to technical issues were made. Helped out pack size on some orders that were not being produced due to having the correct bales in place for a sale that was going on at the time managed to get those placed as soon as possible in order to succeed as a team and help deliver the orders to the customers in a timely manner.

  • Achieved managing pick tickets by collaborating with Knapp systems as well with Walmart systems for better accuracy and efficiency. Such as inventory as well with reading the whole dynamic of the pick floor and stations.
  • Documented and resolved Pick ticket bug where walmart system had certain amount of orders but had problems transferring Knapp system. I went ahead searched up the inventory of each dwelling pick ticket looked at knapp system where no issue to be found then reached out to the LOE which led to a conclusion of a bug canceling none existing orders by submitting a ticket to help desk as well informing higher management team.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets. For when I was down on the dock to help out with gaylord process in order to get bagging orders out on time and to the correct door. As well with a training made a spread sheet for whenever we had an new associate join the team broke down the process on how to work in gaylords.
  • Achieved managing on why some pick station's had issues with picking out of one source tote instead of two. By completing researching on the tote information on which order it was waiting to pick out from with accuracy and efficiency.
