I have been a nurse for 5 years, with 3 of those years working as a Disease Investigator and public health nurse. I am currently finishing up my Capstone project at KU Medical University, and am set to graduate May 12th, 2024. I spent the last 13 months working at Advent Health on their cardiac care unit/critical care unit, working on my bachelors, working PRN at a home health agency, and being a . I finished my nurse residency here. After I completed my nurse residency I decided it was a good time to resign my position on this unit, to travel, focus on my capstone project, have a short break, and begin looking for a higher acuity hospital to work for. I am passionate about critical care and public health.
