• Successfully completes Emerging Leader Program which includes selected
supervisory/leadership skill development and activities within the training period.
• Learns operational functions and processes in Raymond James Operations through
observation and participation, interaction with department personnel, reading, and other
independent research.
• Leads the work of others and provide cross-training, coaching, and mentoring, as required.
• Monitors workflows to ensure assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• May participate in human resource management activities, including interviewing and
selection, performance evaluation and management, and the progressive discipline process.
• May assist with the annual budget process and regular review of financial statements.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves individual and operational issues.
• Initiates efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Interprets, applies, and recommends changes to organizational policies and procedures to
further increase efficiency and streamline process.
• Performs periodic reporting on work progress, project completions, and additional ad-hoc
reporting as required.
• Assists with special projects, as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
