Float to a variety of specialties through out the organization, on site and off site. Gather vitals and update charts to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care. Assist in procedures and collaborate with medical staff for comprehensive care. Perform glucose checks and collect specimen samples to support diagnostic accuracy.

Assist physicians and nurses in the emergency department by performing task such as, taking vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, assist with toileting, collecting specimens, maintaining equipment and supplies.

• Clerking for the Customer Service Desk, responding to questions and complaints
• Answering all phone calls and transferring calls to appropriate departments
• Processing refunds, exchanges, money pick-ups, bill pay, and online purchase check-outs
