  • Responsible for the formulation, implementation and oversight of the NJMT financial and administrative functions.
  • Responsibilities include administration, preparing, analyzing and reporting on the annual facility revenue and expense budgets. Year end 2024 NJMT expenses excluding labor was under budget by 7%.
  • Administering and controls of payments of utilities expense and revenues. By year end 2024 process improvements implemented to accomplish payments made to vendors onetime.
  • Revenue of Dockage and Wharfage at public berth area and management of operations contracts. Billings reviewed and approved within 2 days.
  • Prepare public berth cargo statistics; supervising support staff; and providing administrative support for the facility operations and management of the Marine terminal tariff committee, overseeing committee members with assisting in recommendations for policy changes and rate increases for public berth areas. 2024 Accomplished a 6% revenue increase through increasing Tariff rates.
