Customer Engagement: Greet customers, provide fashion advice, and build brand loyalty.

Sales Goals: Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals by executing selling strategies.

Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean, organized, and restocked.

Merchandising: Assist with floor sets and ensure merchandise is properly sized, folded, and displayed.

Cashier Duties: Operate the register, process transactions (cash/credit), handle returns, and promote current deals or promotions.
