It all started with home baking. Though I don't have any formal experience and would love to go to school for culinary arts (specifically things to do with baking, chocolate and candies, etc.) I have 10+ years worth of experience in bakeries, ice cream and cupcake shops, as well as pastry chef positions within restaurants. It is one of my passions in life.
