Chic-Fil-A Student Worker (10/22-5/23)

• Greeted customers and took their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• We have provided quality customer service by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Recorded customer orders and communicated clearly to confirm each order.

Computer Lab Monitor (8/23-Current)

• Provide technical support to users with varying levels of computer knowledge.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working with computers or other electronic devices.
• I maintained positive working relationships with fellow staff and management.

Lifeguard (8/23-Current)

• Monitored swimmers to ensure safety in the pool area.
• Responded quickly to medical emergencies in the pool area.
• Reported any unsafe conditions or suspicious activity to management immediately.

• Supervised a team of lifeguards, providing guidance and instruction to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Developed and implemented pool rules and regulations to promote safe swimming practices.
• Instructed staff in proper use of safety equipment including CPR and AED certification training.
