I started out as overnight stocker in Novato at the 470 Ignacio Blvd, Novato; I enjoyed my time there and was transferred to the Sonoma location.

While I loved the company ( top 100 places to work for in the US) There were a lot of complications and miscommunication within the team when I got the sudden transfer to Sonoma. I took the time to analyze the situation I was in and respectfully took he decision to leave.

The job was simple clock in; unload pallets and gather them specific to aisle then unload them to the aisle and stock the boxes from there you would clean up and face the store by the time the store opens.

I applied for a temporary position and left on my own terms! Looking for my next opportunity.

Topdrawer is a stationary store co-owned by a Japanese company and within the store and its products the Japanese influence is visible.

I started up as a sales representative but quickly scaled my way up to a Key Holder / Supervisor. My responsibilities were to greet the customer and help them not only get familiar with the store and product but to build a bond and help them a good customer experience.

I would also took the responsibility to train new employees; manage breaks; maintain the store clean and organized. Organize stock and packages hat would arrive at the store. Organize our back stock storage. Deal with customer issues / returns. As well as handling cash, opening and closing, and sending daily emails to coporate on the store operations, and do weekly KPI numbers on the revune made each day and the amount of product sold.

• Participated in regular store audits, ensuring accurate inventory counts and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Disposed of damaged or defective items or coordinated returns to vendors for covered items.
