- Assembly and disassembly of turbochargers and components, in accordance with manufacturer working instructions, both onsite and in our workshop. - Analysis of the mechanical failures and preparing a technical investigation report. - Supporting the back-office team on service or technical aspects. - Quality control of work. - Perform Field service activities, as well as turbocharger workshop activities. - Perform and ensure repairs/overhauls on turbo equipment/components according to given instructions as well as quality, health, safety, environmental guidelines, and cost targets. - Perform measurement and record the data on the relevant measurement records document. - Prepare service reports using the SWR tool on time and with expected Wartsila quality. - Performing preventive maintenance on all turbocharger machinery. - Maintain measurement tools and turbo tools. - Gather technical information from Aturb/PIA by accessing technical bulletins and operational/overhaul instructions from the product manual. - Access the parts catalogue to find out the parts required that need to be ordered to support overhauling or repair of the component/equipment. - Interact professionally with customers during the work execution. - Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work. - Creating the Service Work Reports. - Ensure that the work is executed according to Accelleron guidelines and site procedures. - Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customers and/or internal stakeholders. - Continuously seek solutions according to best practices
