Trained and supervised co-workers to use proper techniques, apply safety, procedures and comply with quality of the highest standards.
Fabricated various sizes of electrical powered enclosure buildings directly from blueprints.
Traveled for the company to set up and repair, at power plants, sub stations, wind and solar energy companies in various states.
Always continued to improve on fabrication and welding practices to achieve self improvement.
Practices of the process include leveling base, laying out frame from prints, standing square red tubing, tacking, squaring, and welding out the frame.
Next part of process in measuring for corner pans, standing pans, with adhesive, screws until walls are complete.
Measure and cut out windows with a plasma cutter, and frame windows.
Installation is used with thermax, and then stand up skins for the inside wall.
