Accomplishments

    Utilized Six Sigma methodologies to reduce stockouts of aftermarket Avionics parts by over 200% in under 5 months leading to Green Belt certification, and an increase in on time deliveries to customers.


    Using MS Excel, built the architecture to view and supply plan multiple products and subassemblies across four separate factories, enabling visibility to total weekly product plans in units and in hours, staying within the control limits for the supply plan.
