  • Initiated the following program improvements: Monthly virtual sessions for the Auto Care installers in Oregon, Lunch and Learns with store personnel across market, coordinated 2 Industry Trade Shows and business conferences for the NAPA Stores and their customers with hundreds in attendance, increased technical training footprint by 30 classes in one year, improved sales activities that drove increased sales and profit results year over year.
