Summary

I grew up in a small town where my coaches shaped my values—discipline, respect, teamwork, and perseverance—foundations that later strengthened during my time in the Army National Guard. As the oldest child, I looked to older teammates for guidance, which fuels my belief that student‑athletes have a powerful influence on the younger generation.

For over 20 years, I've devoted myself to studying basketball, learning from coaches, and helping young athletes discover their potential. My leadership and communication skills have taught me to adapt to each player's unique learning style while building strong relationships with players, parents, and the community.

I've spent years supporting and growing this program—running leagues, coaching camps, staying late after practice, and collaborating with Boosters to improve facilities and equipment. I believe wholeheartedly that I am the right person for this role, and I appreciate your time and consideration.
