  • Worked 5 years for First Call Online and was the first full-time QA on the team. In the first year, we increased sales from 177 million to 400 million per year with all the software updates I integrated. 2nd year sales increased 600 million per year, with the many features I implemented. Per my leadership, 3rd year sales increased to 800 million per year, maintaining quality. Worked for 5 years on First Call Online. Produced Bug Free releases.
  • Analyzed business requirements and created manual and automated test cases per requirements to ensure quality assurance processes and best practices which covered End to End testing. Attended daily Scrum standups and Sprint retrospectives.
