There’s nothing g more satisfying than seeing a clients face of realization as they watch the product or method of production that had been discussed or described come to life
During my time in sales the companies system went through a bit of a change.
We’d lost our sales manager and recruited a sales executive friend.
We began deviating from the cookie cutter rules and offing a system more specific to each customer’s needs.
We would do an all inclusive ( client signs we do permits property lines etc leaving them time to carrying on their busy lives) we only get them two more times.
They then approve the layout( string lines)
Then they approve the final product.
All the way to the client that prefers to be a part of the process
We would provided samples, articles, comparisons, ask the client questions to read their needs and desires to allow for us to make suggestions.
All to assist their decision
Being somewhat passionate,
I personally had a bit of fun with it.
Watching the project come to life.
Seeing the installers take a special interest in custom points
Knowing they were proud to be a part of it
