- Received shipment being delivered to our depot and verified all products was at our location.
- Trained several employees on warehouse procedures and verification processes as well as communication between customers
- Collaborated with drivers and customers to ensure that they received their orders on time. If there was ever a delay or an issue with their delivery, customers were notified.
- Coordinated with warehouse sorters when product arrived at our depot to make sure parcels were organized in a timely matter and every route received correct amount of product on their manifest
- Assisted in sorting heavy boxes and lifting if there was a delay in the sorting process.
- Frequently used forklift or electric pallet jack to unload trailers, move shipment around the warehouse, and pull orders off of high racking.

- Dispatched drivers to different routes if there was an issue with a delivery vehicle experiencing mechanical failure or if there was an problem with the driver scheduled on that specific route.
- Ensured compliance with safety and security regulations required by our customers while their product was in our depot.
