• Apple Inc Finished Goods 2ndshift Operations Manager. Overseeing both ecommerce as well as LTL and truckload operations. Directly managing 4 supervisors and 80+ full-time employees.

• Conduct screening of passengers, baggage, or cargo to ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration regulations.
• On the Job Training coach (OJT coach). Responsible for the complete training of new hire officers in the screening procedures. Kept a daily log tracking their improvement and hours in each segment of the training.
• Trained officers on screening procedures through TACT simulation drills and provided constructive feedback when necessary.
• Lead and helped train officers on the explosive K9 team procedures and drills.
• Traveled to various airports to run undercover drills on the security checkpoints to make sure all SOPs are followed. Trained and gave feedback when necessary.

• Supervised the freight flow processing function including shipping/receiving, transfers, RTV’s, claims, key recs, claim processing and misdirected freight processing. Maintaining the receiving and stock areas.
• Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with company policies, procedures, points of sale, and cash procedures. Duties included opening and closing the store and front-end coverage, loss prevention standards and audit requirements.
