Summary

I began my career as a first responder in 2003 because I had a deep passion to help people. As I have grown and progressed through my career that passion still runs deep. It is what motivates me every day in my personal life and my professional career. I am very blessed to be able to lead a team that is dedicated to protecting the people and property at the Airbus FAL. It is a tremendous responsibility that I embrace. I am a dependable and motivated leader that leads by example. I understand that as a leader, sometimes I need to lead from the front. I want our personnel to see that I am willing to do what I have asked them to do. However, there are other times when I should lead from the back. This allows personnel to take on more responsibility and grow, but I always want to be a servant leader that has a high level of integrity. I am always looking to learn and improve. I want to put our team in the best situation to be successful to mitigate emergencies efficiently and safely. It would be a privilege to bring these characteristics to the Airbus team. Whether I am selected for the position of Fire Manager or not, please know that I will strive to uphold these characteristics every day. I will do my best to assist the Fire Manager as well as the ERT team to be successful.
