Jason Crigler

I teach students the fundamentals of playing the acoustic and electric guitar. I work with students of all ages as well as young adults and older adults. I am the creator and teacher of the Band of Hope, an adult ensemble that plays traditional Irish and Scottish music.

Teach individucal guitar and ukkulele lessons at my home studio and over Zoom.

I taught lower, middle, and upper school students the fundamentals of playing the acoustic and electric guitars and ukulele. Organized and lead regular faculty ukelele ensemble and “Porch Jam Sessions.”

Worked with numerous artists including Norah Jones, John Cale, Marshall Crenshaw, Linda Thompson and Teddy Thompson. Also performed with Levon Helm, Suzanne Vega, Garth Hudson, Rufus Wainwright and Martha Wainwright.
