• Coordinate with tree removal contractors to safely clear high voltage lines and create safe working environment for PGE line repair crews.

Refusal Specialist (Mar 2006 - May 2007)

• Tactfully resolve customer refusal of utility pruning in PGE easements located on customer properties.
• Research land rights and easements in mitigating refusal of high voltage utility pruning by property owners.
• Coordinate with local law officials and tree crews to obtain utility line pruning clearance in PGE easements when customer refuses property access.
