  • I worked in The castings department and the assembly department, castings department I was a sit down forklift driver. My duties required I take racks of cooled down parts and bring them inside to the casting machine. Taking hot parts racks from inside to outside and stacking them 3 high. Being in the castings tunnel shaving off excess material from the cooled parts once they were run through the machine and checking them for cracks, dents, missing material, and marking them based on quality. Once completed with that I would get back on my forklift and take the good quality parts to the assembly department. I would take the bad quality parts to the furnace to get recycled.
  • I was moved to the assembly department due to the castings department changing due to the cyber trucks release. My duties regarding the assembly were to put parts on machines to be welded and glued then to take the parts off and move them down to the next person in line. Required lifting at least 20lbs at some times and cleaning work area of any mess.
  • Responsible for working safely and in a timely manner while in the tunnel. Remaining aware while working on the forklift going in and out of the warehouse with bins of parts.
