- Aware Recovery Care uses the In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) model. I am currently a Certified Recovery Associate (CRA). Sessions are done at the client's home or in a public space. I manage a caseload of 12-15 clients. We use CBT, REBT, Aware Interventions, and Motivational Interviewing to help our clients realize and achieve their recovery goals. My job duties include scheduling, administering interventions, team communication, keeping track of mileage, administering UDSs, utilizing management for at-risk clients, and other activities.

- I worked on the step-down unit. My daily responsibilities included taking blood pressure, administering medications twice a shift, and making sure all clients made outside appointments, phone calls, and in-house meetings.
