Work History

SR. TSE

Omnicell

  • Provide support for Omnicell’s product line at several different customer facilities. The products that I service are as follows; G4, G5 and XT cabinets, carousels 180 and 350, Accuflex robot, XR2 robot and Pacmed packagers. I cover the Northern Virginia, WV and Washington DC areas.
  • Work closely with all my customers onsite and remotely to resolve different issues such as network connectivity issues, change hard drive/ebox out in cabinets, configure hardware, PMs and train customers on the product. The biggest part of my job may be to keep accurate and detailed records, closing tickets and sustaining a great customer rapport.
  • Whenever there is a ticket that cannot be resolved quickly, I call TAC or Level three engineers for support. Working across different departments is critical to keep the customer happy.
