To mock up windows/ doors and frames , router mortise and assembly.. clarifying sizes of glass and openings. Test fit all units and ensure the quality is met..

To maintain elementary schhols for the district, check all emergency exits and plans, make sure all water is running good , install IT products for classroooms ..

Preventive maintenance on all boilers, heat units and furnaces

Change light bulbs in buildings, general maintenance throughout building ensuring safety for staff and children

Custodial duties, such as clean classroom and bathrooms..

Plumbing repairs on all schools ( toilets, faucets, lavatory and any other issuses..
