Intense seven-month installation of medium voltage distribution , low voltage power/control & complete instrumentation to produce 25 million gallon of ethanol & 25 MW of power annually from plant fiber/cellulosic biomass.
- Alliant Edgewater AQCS , Sheboygan , Wis. - Upgrades at unit 5 of the Edgewater coal-fired power plant . worked on the 30-year-old , 407 megawatt ( MV ) unit began in 2014 and entails installing a scrubber and bag house system . Over seeing all power , controls and instrumentation .
- Chrysler ( FCA ) Belvidere Shutdown work , Belvidere, Ill. - $350 million project to support jeep Cherokee production at the 1.5 million-square-foot Belvidere Body Shop . North and South Body Shop Conversion packages include installation of more than 2,600 body shop equipment kits in 194 body shop stations and demo and salvage of existing equipment .
- General Motors , Body Shops M5 , Arlington TX. - a $20 million project that is part of a $ 1.2 billion dollar new body and paint shop over 1.2 million square feet of new expansion for the chevrolet , Tahoe , GMC , Yukon and Cadillac Escalade prodution line . Scope of work includes ongoing cooridination of a 3,000ft body conveyor , upgrades and retooling , along with over 189 new build out cells and a new General assembly line. This includes all new power distribution drops , communication and data drops.
- Andeaver ( Tesoro ) Project Refinery Integration & Compliance Project . Los Angeles ,CA. - A multi-million Integration & Ccompliance Modemization project making it the largest Refinery on the west coast . Scope of work involved managing turnaround work on time , along with all electrical installations from power distribution to instrumentation , testing , and pneumatic installation of field devices . Work had to be coordinated in multiple areas of the refinery concurrently .
- General Motors Corvette plant - tooling project and Storm Disaster team - Multi tooling in GA along with tornado Repair Intense 2 week $2Million dollar repair and tooling project.
- General Motors Wentzville - Part of a 1.5 Million square ft new Body shop new robot and cell layout to convert the old system to new system tracking system .
- NewMarket Solar - Constructing the NewMarket solar project the project consists of two facilities highland 4 , 65-megawatt facility that occupy 582 acres , and Highland 2 , a 35-megawatt facility that occupy 222 acres to generate clean , renewable electricity.
- Willowbrook Solar 1 - Winchester OH . - A 150 Megawatt solar-powered electric generation Facility in highland County ohio approximately 1,500 acres of renewable Electricity .
