Highlights

I have developed an expertise in many different areas during my 20+ years in residential construction and commercial roofing. In both fields I started at the bottom and within 2 years was managing crews and major projects. I'm a problem solver and leader, and I work well with team members, subcontractors and various levels of management. I've built over 250 homes in the Puget Sound area and had my own construction company until the housing market crashed. Less than 2 years after starting commercial roofing, I was the Lead Foreman managing various projects and crews, both locally and out of state including Texas, Louisiana and Alaska.  I have extensive training in all construction and specific job site safety risks and procedures which supersedes OSHA standards, due to high risks of commercial roofing. I have studied some electrical theory at Bates Technical College.
