Jason Flynn

One of the things I live by is, if you're going to do something, do it right. If you can't get it done the first time, then keep trying. A couple things I value are quality, leadership, team working, efficiency, and an adaptable mind. I believe I have all these qualities and would be a fine part of any team if I were to be hired. Being a part of a team is something I hold great virtue towards and take seriously. If you don't have a team behind your back willing to help and give thoughts to, then you're just doing it alone and who the hell wants to do that. Another thing I respect is about work is that when there is work to be done work, but when you can clearly see that nothing is going on and you're caught up on everything you can joke and have a time as long as everyone around you is there with you.
