Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, lead a team of 7 in developing and executing all requirements (pre and post close) for mergers and acquisitions for private equity backed growth plan. Includes transitioning of acquired offices to a new Practice Management System (PMS) software conversion and Profit/Loss optimization. Integrated 16 acquisitions in 2019/2020 timeframe.

Reported directly to the CEO and run day to day operations for all facets of the company. Oversee an operational budget of $15M and have responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction and P&L metrics are achieved. Focus is on larger strategic goals of the company including organic and inorganic customer growth, fee structuring, M&A activity, strategic negotiations, and optimizing profit metrics.
Hand selected by CEO to move off billable client work and take position as VP of Operations (later promoted to COO) , focusing on internal corporate initiatives to support tremendous corporate growth that had occurred in last 3 years.
Promoted to Director position after winning two critical staffing contracts for the company: A 5 year, $3.0M dollar award for the Joint Tactical Radio System Command, and a 5 year, $32M contract with the MIDS program office.
Provided daily client support for a Navy Computer System acquisition command. Supported government Technical Directors office with efforts aimed at identifying, evaluation, and incubating candidate mission applications of interest, and transitioning them to a funded program.
The Store Leadership Program was a highly selective 24-month store manager training program initiated under then CEO, Bob Nardelli. The program combined over 250 hrs of intense classroom learning, 3 different job rotations, profit & loss analysis, and mentoring by company leaders.
Received commission via NROTC scholarship, serving a total of six years between active and reserve components. Obtained military occupational specialty of Aviation Supply Officer.
