Implementation of Kids & Family Ministry vision and management of ministry across all locations.

• Enhancement of integrated family milestone ministry (ie. 1st grade prayer, 2nd grade communion, 3rd grade Bible, 4th grade serve, 5th grade share)
• Developed and filmed parenting resources including; conscious discipline, podcast interviews, and original Wesleyan parenting content.
• Led special worship services specific for families, along with large-scale events, retreats. Officiated weddings, funerals, baptisms, communion, retreats, and serve trips.
• Recruited trained, and mentored volunteer leaders to assist in various Kids and Family ministries, enhancing overall engagement.
• Cared for families during times of crisis by providing compassionate pastoral care, prayer support, and guidance.

• Served as DNA bearer along with vision implementation and strategic ministry design at the Olathe, KS location
• Planned and conducted worship services, wrote and delivered sermons, and served with key church leaders to carry forth church mission
• Helped to create welcoming environment for visitors and encouraged congregation to offer support.
• Oversaw administration and management of all areas of location ministry.
• Provided spiritual and administrative leadership to church and managed daily operations.
• Led programs such as worship, study, fellowship, and service opportunities.
• Advised couples preparing for marriage via pre-marital counseling services tailored specifically towards their unique relational dynamics.
• Collaborated with church leadership to develop strategic plans for ministry growth and expansion. This work included two successful capital campaign exceeding 5 million in committed giving to expand worship and kids ministry space.

• Increased student outreach and engagement through Student Center based ministry. Increased parent involvement by creating clear communication channels and hosting regular meetings to discuss ministry updates.
• Implemented a discipleship program that encouraged spiritual growth, accountability, and deepened relationships among students 6th-12th grade.
• Evaluated current curriculum materials to ensure relevancy, theological alignment, and age-appropriateness for middle school and high school
