I ran the restaurant by myself at times performing serving as well as cooking. Ive been a prep chef and have made pizza dough, chicken wings, meatballs, variety of salad dressings and much more. I’m skilled in multitasking and performing at a high level in a very high volume restaurant. I communicate well and get along with virtually anyone. I’m looking for more experience and a different perspective on running restaurants and catering to guests with professionalism.
