Helped bring a chaotic QA situation under control and cut down the number of defects found in the field through a management style that includes strong leadership and hands on strategies.

Selected Achievements Include:

● Established a regression test plan which lowered defects found in the field 25%
● Led end to end testing efforts on mobile, server and performance which allowed team to successfully deploy five major releases since joining the team at the end of July 2020

● Increased number of automated test cases from about 30 to 100 in less than six months

Led Manual QA organization in functional, regression and smoke testing. Led testing on production deployments at the end of each sprint. Worked closely with SDET Team to create testing strategies and help define the most critical flows to be automated. Ran SDET automation tests as part of QA regression testing effort each sprint and reported back any issues found with the automated tests. Responsible for creating end-to-end testing strategies to ensure coverage and quality within the product.
