I specialize in building trusted, inclusive governance structures that bring clarity, transparency, and momentum to complex health and data-sharing initiatives. I led the development of statewide data governance frameworks in Vermont and Minnesota and helped design policy infrastructure for Washington’s CIE Program, directly advancing equity, interoperability, and public trust. I’m driven by the belief that smart policy and strong governance are essential to improving care for the most underserved. My strengths lie in cross-sector collaboration, Medicaid strategy, data privacy, stakeholder engagement, and turning policy into action.
