• Co-Principal Investigator of a national study funded by the Center for Telehealth and eHealth Law to evaluate the cost-benefit of telehealth during COVID-19
• Senior Technical Advisor to a project with the Medical University of South Carolina(MUSC) to develop quality measures specific to telehealth and pediatric care
• Investigator to a project with the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) to develop a national telehealth data warehouse for health services research.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis of Telehealth During COVID-19 Principal Investigator for a national study integrating over 1.4 million telehealth encounters; findings presented to the White House Domestic Policy Council and the Congressional Budget Office.
• Medicare and Medicaid Network Adequacy Analytics. Directed geospatial and statistical analysis to evaluate how telehealth supports ACA network adequacy in rural regions; built multidimensional economic models using R and ArcGIS.
• Thriving Together, NCW Digital Transformation Advised a rural ACH serving over 250,000 residents in designing a regional strategy for CIE integration, community governance, and adoption of interoperable digital tools
• Minnesota Justice Information System (MNJIS) Cybersecurity Process Workflows Led development of standardized workflows and governance protocols for state law enforcement information systems to prepare for CJIS compliance review.
• Vermont Department of Health – Statewide Data Governance Framework Developed a comprehensive, equity-centered data governance model to support secure information exchange across agencies and providers.

• Served as the lead Data Scientist for the Qualified Entity Certification Program (QECP), a mandated program out of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for entities to apply for certification to received Medicare claims data.
• Served as the Director and Technical Lead for the Biannual Measure Update
• Provided expertise to Qualified Entities on measure development and testing using Medicare data
• Lead monitoring activities for the QECP program to ensure all Qualified Entities follow the program
• Technical lead on predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

• Supported CMS and MITRE on price transparency initiatives and telehealth measurement strategy development.

Responsible for overseeing projects related to electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) and health information technology (health IT). Led projects on harmonization of value sets within eCQMs, measure frameworks for telehealth and interoperability, and was a subject matter expert for a project on Health IT and Patient Safety.
