I am a recovering alcoholic, and have experience in the recovery process, and understand the challenges that arise when attempting to recover. It is my desire to be a coach to others who are going through the same struggles I once went through and provide my knowledge I learned from my own personal experiences and education. I have experience in the 12-step program, Recovery Dharma, SMART, and the importance of mental health, just to name a few.
