  • Fulfill the mission of the Catholic school by working with the Head of School in the management of the school, faculty, staff, and students. Major emphasis is placed on curriculum and instruction, as well as student discipline.
  • Support the communication, training, and supervision of the faculty and staff. Plan staff development, curriculum, and student testing. Lead faculty and other meetings.
  • Work with teachers to plan differentiated instruction through the analysis of student assessment data. Support instructional planning by using qualitative and quantitative data collected during classroom observations.
  • Assist the administrative team in the development of verbal and written math assessments used in the admissions process. Work with teacher groups to align math curriculum to check for 'blind spots' in our instruction which could create gaps in student learning.

  • Analyze student performance metrics monthly to assist center directors with curriculum-planning guidance based on each student's individual learning level.
  • Develop assessments and curriculum alignment not otherwise provided by Mathnasium. Examples include assessments and curriculum alignment for the GED, TSI, ASVAB and credit by exam.
