  • Standard work analysis of existing manufacturing cells to balance work based on machine paced cycle time resulting in labor reduction while maintaining a constant order fulfillment time standard.
  • These projects include cell layout to minimize non-value added labor, diagramming of work flow, time studies, throughput analysis based on standard machine cycle time, and evaluation of cellular process bottle-necks.
