I was able to develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project, coordinating critical activities, trade sequencing and coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, schedules, and client communication to ensure projects were delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. Managed commercial construction projects from preconstruction and estimating through project completion, turnover, and closeout. I was responsible for project estimation, bid analysis, scope review, project planning, and subcontractor buyout. Managed subcontractors, vendors, field crew, material procurement, equipment, and construction schedules to maintain project timelines, and budgets. In course of my employment I reviewed architectural and engineering drawings to identify coordination issues, constructability concerns and potential scope gross. All while coordination of RFI's, submittals, change orders, inspection punchlists, and project closeout documentation. I also maintained communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders throughout construction. This included monitoring project costs, jobsite safety, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful project delivery.
