Executed chem milling on aerospace parts and human implants utilizing specific chemical compounds as per customer requirements
Make up chemical baths and dispose of properly according to company guideline
Layout and hand scribe aerospace parts by following blue prints
Work with engineers for building and layout of new customer parts for rigging and proper operations for customer satisfaction
Work with and communicate with quality control throughout processes to improve quality and appearance for customers satisfaction
Work with Reps from Blue Origin, NASA , GE, Magellan Aerospace to improve process and quality of their products
Knowledge of chemical compounds for make up and disposal properly to eliminate cross contamination or any major catastrophe
Shipping and receiving by using a fork lift or 5 ton crane
Knowledge of height gauge , depth meter, calibers and micrometer
