  • Total Rebuild. Took over a program that had gone 4-17 in 2024. This year made the playoffs and had a huge upset in round 1. Won 11 games.
  • Set and managed clear and effective recruitment policy to locate and secure strong players.
  • Developed players'' skills through targeted practice sessions and individualized feedback, leading to improved game results.
  • Renewed the energy and optimism of the entire baseball program. Was Varsity Head Coach, but oversaw all operations for Middle School, and JV team.

  • Operated and ran a baseball facility, and up to 6 travel teams. Was the head coach of the 18U team which sent over 50 kids to college baseball.

  • Ran the ABC Fall League for middle school and high school players in the Dothan and Panhandle area.

-Was a total rebuild job. Took an 0-10 football team that had been outscored 579-62.

-In year one went 4-6 and took offensive TD's from 6 to 36. Increased roster size from 24 to 47.

-Led the push for school to move into the AHSA where we went 5-5 and were in the top 5 in almost every offensive category.

-Brought back JV and started a youth program. School football participation grew almost 400% during my time there.

-Was assistant baseball coach to long time MLB player Mike Mordecai.

  • Played for numerous different professional teams and leagues over the next four seasons including: The Frontier League, CanAm League, American Association, and The South Coast League.
