Looking for a career change to Data Analysis.
I am a recent graduate of Data Science & Business Analytics at UT at Austin, where I also hold my undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Psychology.
I have long experience performing and developing test cases in the Telecommunications industry.
In 2014, I quit Telecommunications to become a single father.
During that time, I co-owned and developed LiquidTap, a SaaS focused on small businesses.
LiquidTap is a food and beverage menu manager for small businesses.
I co-founded the company and co-developed the software, which operated as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. I was a full stack developer, and my main focus was writing code for customer accounts, menu data, and the routes and API of our application. Essentially, I developed the Model View Controller (MVC) of our application.
LiquidTap was sold to by Bevcheck in 2022.
With LiquidTap you could:
Develop software to automatically generate test cases.
At Intel, I worked as part of a small team that developed from scratch a test case generator. Where it would take hours for a person to write a test case, our tool could generate a brand new test case in seconds. My primary role was to write a plugin that would translate XML data to a valid test case that could be run by Anritsu network simulators.
My tasks at Intel:
At Nash, I performed system and integration testing on the Small Cell network product we were developing. We worked in a continuous integration environment and used tools such as Jenkins and Jira to write and track issues.
My tasks at Nash:
At T-Mobile, I performed mobile terminal interoperability testing on vender mobile phones, for example from Samsung and Nokia. I ensured the mobile phones passed network standards such as 3GPP as well as T-Mobile’s own standards.
My responsibilities:
Software support for GSM and GPRS core network:
