- Worked with and maintained good working relationship with pastor in bringing their parish mission and vision to life in parish.
- Identified and recruited potential choir members and cantors.
- Prepared, coordinated and distributed music to cantors, choirs, and music groups by church season.
- Record individual choir parts (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) and create iMovie and upload to Youtube. Each choir section receives separate Youtube playlist link, which contains all of music in order, with just their own part being played and sung by me. This is done for Parish choir and Diocesan Choir.
- Prepared, coordinated and distributed information about schedule of Masses and upcoming events in our parish (At beginning of each church season) so that music ministries can put on their calendars, and be involved with our parish and/or participate or volunteer to help in other ways than music.
- Searched for and hired highly qualified pianists and organists for any Mass that I was not able to play for and maintaining good professional relationships with them.
- Searched for and hired highly qualified instrumentalists for important Feast days (ex. trumpet and/or trombone for Christ the King, Assumption, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, Triduum; string and chamber orchestra players for Christmas Midnight Mass, etc., and maintaining good professional relationships with them over the years. They were hired staying within budget, of course)
- Plan music for weddings and funerals and communicate with each family or couple to achieve this. Also hired other musicians, if requested, and made sure each service was covered, if I was not able to play for them.
- Maintenance of church instruments/music and mic stands and cables and sound system.
- Helped to implement our current upgraded sound system, which now has capability of being adjusted with iPad. I use this during Mass in between playing to adjust sound and volume levels when necessary, among other beneficial improvements.
- Prepare for and rehearse with English adult choir each week, incorporating choral exercises and training, prayer, scripture, and sometimes preparing special choir pieces for Preparation of the Altar/Presentation of Gifts.
- Work with our 11:00 am folk group and 1:00 pm Coro. Maintaining good relationship with them inside and outside of church, planning music, covering for their Masses, if their pianist is not available, or hiring substitute.
- Start and organize Cathedral Concert Series, which is year-round. Concerts are on Friday nights at 7:00pm, featuring classical music, ranging from solo piano recitals, chamber music with piano and cello and violin, clarinet quartets, voice and piano/opera recitals, brass quintet performances. I play for most, but not all of them. With help of volunteers, put together a reception to be enjoyed immediately after concert for fellowship. All musicians are local to Stockton community.
- Summer Concert Series-A subset of Cathedral Concert Series. Once month on Friday nights in June, July, and August, featuring local live bands, most of who have connection to our church community. Music ranges from rock, jazz, soul, funk. Food is selected and sold by different ministry in our church.

- Attend staff functions, meetings, and maintain good working relationship with staff members.
- Practice daily on piano and organ when preparing for weekend Mass.
