Owner and Landscaper of J & K Landscaping. I currently have 100 plus customer accounts that I am responsible for billing and maintaining properties. I maintain commerical and residential properties through mowing, edging, hedges, fall clean-ups, mulch, planting shrubbery and tree installation. Monthly and bimonthly billing and keeping records of payments through Quickbooks Online. I have developed and maintained professional relationships with customers and suppliers for twelve years. I have managed multiple employees to be productive in safe working conditions.

Fire Lieutenant number C-517. Responded to emergency medical calls and fire calls. I was responsible for hazardous material incidents, fire , preparing reports and inspecting and maintaining fire equipment, apparatus's and the station. I was certified in FF-1, EMT/B, HMO and pump operator 1 and engineer.

Worked pre-show events, crowd control, security detail for performers, trained to watch for underage drinking, over intoxicated patrons. Conducted security checks of patrons, checked ID's and trained future security employees. Observed and maintained safety protocols and security requirements. I have had active shooter training and worked with law enforcement to coordinate and report security incidents when they arose.

I was responsible for residential and commercial pest control, termite control and inspections. I worked well in a team setting, providing quality sales and service. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
