  • As the Lockbox Policy and Oversight Section Chief, I effectively engage and develop nine Analysts while guiding them on aspects related to the daily responsibilities of three Lockbox (LB) facilities.
  • I successfully engage my staff and the LB sites which results in the processing of over 38 million payments equaling over $375 billion deposited.
  • I advocate with the LB network, which results in them exceeding their program goals.
  • I support discussions on improved LB site resources during April peak, which enables the sites to increase productivity.
  • This resulted in the highest daily volume in LB history with over 671,000 remittances deposited on a single day.
  • To meet the IRA initiative 3.2. milestones, Enable Digital Communications, the Lockbox network continued to convert paper filed returns to a digital format to be processed through the Modernized e-File (MeF) program.
  • My leadership and guidance of the project ensured complete and accurate development of processing requirements by writing the LB Digitalization Guidelines (LDG) and addressing questions from the LB network.
  • Due to my leadership and guidance, the Lockbox network converted over 2.8 million paper returns to a digital format processed through MeF.
  • I hold regular meetings with the LB Financial Agent Leadership to discuss possible efficiency improvements, volume projections, and additional assistance the network could provide the IRS.
