- Led creation of strategic decarbonization strategies for Dow's top 25 sites which is currently being executed
- Established Energy's Climate Expertise organization

- Manage the execution of over $3B in capital investments
- Oversees technical collaboration for the X-Energy small modular nuclear reactor (Project Long Mott)

- Oversaw the robust execution of the Institute site sale from Bayer to Dow which included the shut down of a site coal boiler and the installation of new site steam/water/electrical assets.
- Managed the successful implementation of the Dow/DuPont split which included the carve out of several on site facilities.
